Accept Imported Opening Stock
For testing, or when you already trust the imported file, use the quantity and unit cost already on the shelf list. This does not walk the shelf. Items already opened stay as they are. Rows with no quantity or no unit cost are skipped.
Count Sheet
Do not copy the recorded quantity into the ledger. Enter what is on the shelf, with batch, expiry, and unit cost (not selling price).
